Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is for Bosho Family Farms LLC and applies to all orders placed through our online store.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

We currently offer the following domestic shipping options via UPS:

• UPS Ground Saver: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• UPS Ground: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email.

3. CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves on fast processing. After an order is submitted, processing begins immediately, and the order generally cannot be canceled. If there are urgent questions about canceling an order, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once the process has started.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed internal processing on our end, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. However, shipping provider delays (UPS delays due to weather, volume, etc.) do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders that have already shipped, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Bosho Family Farms LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us immediately so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• P.O. Boxes: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
• TSA Restrictions: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
